Ride Organisers
The inaugural Head and Neck Cancer Charity Ride in 2019 was the brainchild of amateur cyclists Head and Neck Cancer Australia Director and co-founder, A/Professor Bruce Ashford, and Head and Neck Cancer Australia supporter, Dr Trevor Gardner.
Trevor and Bruce, together with Will Levy, from Two Wheel Tours, organised a magical ride from Sydney Harbour Bridge up to the Berowra Valley National Park and through Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park before returning for a well deserved lunch overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour.
A group of 15 riders joined in helping to raise funds to support Head and Neck Cancer Australia, Australia's only national charity supporting people affected by head and neck cancer.
Everyone had so much fun that Bruce and Trevor have decided to do it all again in 2023.
